The South Beach Diet: It Worked for Me

 In phase two of the South Beach Diet you will be able to reintroduce a number of foods that were off limits in phase one. Perhaps you will add a potion of rice a night, or maybe go back to eating toast for breakfast, regardless you will probably begin to feel that you are no longer on a diet, especially as red wine is back on the menu.

Once you have reached your target you will move to phase-three of the South Beach Diet, otherwise known as the rest of your life. You might find that your weight loss will continue or you your weight might rebound at times, but after doing the South Beach Diet once you will have the knowledge to eat healthily and keep your weight under control.
