Although these guidelines for getting a six-pack are not particularly specific, these are the basic principles. Building your ab muscles is not hard, and can be done with sets of crunches spread throughout the week (running also helps with this). Focus on losing the fat by running daily and cutting major sources of fat from your diet. Getting a six-pack is nowhere near impossible! Do it now!
