Philharmonic in the Parks – The NYC Philharmonic Orchestra
Why pay $60 for a ticket when you can see the orchestra for free and enjoy the greenery and fresh air of NYC parks at the same time? Performances move around the boroughs, performing mostly in Manhattan, but also in Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Long Island. Bring candles (it gets very dark after sunset), and a jacket (it also can get cold).
