Mr.Lopez is a writer, artist and photographer. At his job with MTA NYC Transit he is a Superintendent/Instructor with the Office of the Executive Vice President. He is also a counter-terrorism trainer and consultant, especially as it impacts public transportation. Mr.Lopez created the civilian counter-terrorism training program now in use by most of the large mass transit systems in the U.S.
